30 days to change your mind

Return anything unused and in its original packing within 30 days for a full refund of the item price. Return postage for a change of mind is yours; we email a discounted return label if you want one.

Faulty or broken on arrival

Send a photo within seven days and we ship a replacement the same day. Do not send the broken piece back - it is not worth the freight and it will not survive the trip.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within two business days of the return being scanned by the carrier, not on arrival at the studio.

Exclusions

Sale items marked final, gift cards, and anything made to order are not returnable for change of mind. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by any of this.
