Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email the shipping confirmation, not when payment is authorised. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full within one business day.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is attached to every order confirmation.

Product variation

Everything is made by hand in small runs. Colour, glaze and grain vary between pieces, and that variation is not a fault.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
