Shipping policy

Where we ship

Australia-wide, plus New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. Duties and import taxes for international orders are collected at checkout so nothing is charged on arrival.

Rates

Standard shipping is $9.95 within Australia and free on orders over $120. Express is $14.95. New Zealand is $19.95, and the rest of the world is calculated live at checkout from the parcel weight.

Timing

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day leave the studio the same day. Metro Melbourne and Sydney is usually next business day; the rest of Australia is two to five business days.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment the label is printed, and again when the parcel is out for delivery.

Packaging

Corrugated card, moulded pulp and paper void fill. No plastic in any parcel, and all of it goes in a kerbside recycling bin.
